Eduardo Milieris, a South American artist doing photography, sculpture and video art, settled in this country in 1996 and works in a spacious studio where he can see the Manhattan Skyline.   The view and his industrial surroundings inspire his mechanical, retro and original watch designs, appealing to both men and women.  He paints each watch face, and creates the band of distressed or embossed silver, brass, and copper.
